1. Demolition (Chain Breaking)

When you begin creating a business it starts with the demolition phase.

It’s a lot like in my Husband’s General Contracting Business when he gets a remodel job.

The first phase is having to go in and take out all the old that is outdated & doesn’t serve a good purpose any longer.

I personally like to refer to it as the term chain-breaking because it’s all about letting go of negative beliefs within that are not serving the successful version of yourself.

Your mind is one of the most important parts of creating success so you definitely want it to be working with you not against you.

This goes back to the self-mastery process and creating stories (strong roots) BELIEFS within that then allow you to have positive thoughts that help you to perform actions in relation to the result you actually desire.

This process strengthens your mind & starts preparing a good foundation for success with a positive unstoppable mindset.

2. Excavation (Purpose)

Phase two is excavation which means to expose to view by digging away a covering.

In this phase it’s all about preparing the ground to withstand all future storms by making it level & stronger.

For new business owners, it’s about finding the purpose that you want to pursue.

In life, we have often traveled bumpy roads and those paths can be utilized by turning the trials into purpose.

3. Foundation (Unique Niche)

The third phase is about building that strong foundation.

This is where you create your POWERFUL vision, mission, & message that is YOURS.

It’s what sets you apart from every other business around.

I don’t like the term niche but that is definitely what it is when you create your own lane.

Just like building a house your business needs a foundation that can withstand the test of time.

When you take who you uniquely are & pair that with serving, you have a unique niche for business.

It’s like the 3 Little Pigs, if you aren’t building with the right materials, you will get knocked down.

When you create a strong foundation, by being yourself, you have what you need to withstand the storms.

This step is the one most Entrepreneurs leave out which is what keeps them from hitting the success they desire.

Simply chasing money for your why is simply not a good enough foundation to stand on.

Answer these questions for business authenticity:

A.) Vision

When you are the 1st to stand up for something, what are you standing for?

Ever heard the phrase, “you have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.” You want to be standing for something that you are passionate about because it’s not just about the money that comes from your business.  What’s the vision you believe in that other’s can stand with you on?

B.) Mission

How are you fighting tooth & nail to make a positive impact in other’s lives? What is that impact & transformation you want to make? When people write testimonials about your business what do you want them to say you have done for them?

C.) Message

If given 1 minute to empower & give guidance to someone else with your current wisdom what would you say that could potentially change their life? Dive deep within to find that core message.

Answering these questions for business authenticity with great clarity is what makes a strong foundation for creating a legacy that creates massive impact.

4. Framework (Business Plan)

Phase 4 is creating a framework that is the structure of strength for your business.

A house can’t thoroughly be built until the framing infrastructure is installed so you know where all the different components like walls & doors go.

Your business is the same way.
