  1. The first, was creating quarterly projections for sales which helped me get clear on my what I was selling & when.
  2.  The second, was creating an in-depth business plan to be super intentional with all actions leading up to the sale including the content I was marketing.

It changed my life & the trajectory of my business. The first month I incorporated this, I made $2500 after a couple of years of making $500 here & $17 there.

Since it’s just gotten better & better as time has gone on & I have improved the skill.

In my husband’s general contracting business, it was the same.

In his first year implementing the income projections, he didn’t follow through with the necessary actions so business was lower.

Then, the second year his actions matched the plan & he hit his first $64K.

Before that, it was $28K we had been used to living on.
