When Rhonda first came to Passion Profit CEO, she like many others had tons of ideas but operating and managing her business gave her some reservations just as we all do when we start something new.
Once we began working together, I had her start envisioning her future.
She knew she wanted to incorporate her passions of travel & coaching along with her many corporate skillsets like market analysis & leadership in what she was going to do.
Her main business goal was to start producing an income quickly doing things that she loved.
So we brainstormed some different ways that she could do that & seriously started thinking outside the box. She is really good at this.
Rhonda took immediate action & got to work creating not 1 but 2 business ideas that worked to feed one another.
The first was her travel agent business but she had to teach me about all the laws & requirements she had to stay in the lines of for that business.
As we were brainstorming marketing ideas, we came up with a savvy loophole way to make it work vs the typical travel ads.
This is where she started the second business as an event planner & retreat coordinator to not only create a new income stream there but also be able to fill some travel spots as a travel agent.
As we continued to brainstorm first event ideas, she quickly chose the entrepreneurial space as a target market for her first event creating a virtual summit to kick things off teaching small business startups about business.
That’s when we dove into intentional planning to make this first event a success.

She generated two streams of income for the summit by charging a fee for attendees and a fee for speakers.
With a little social media marketing & networking, she filled her summit speaker seats.
Then she very savvily came up with a plan & tapped into the audiences of those summit speakers to fill the summit attendee seats.
With her first event, she gained 20 new clients & that’s just the beginning because those connections she made with the summit event also brought her leads & sales for her travel agency business.
And she didn’t stop there.
This boss babe continued to work that kind of magic carefully mind-mapping & planning super intentionally to make things work together… talk about some strategy… this woman was a MASTER!
After working together Rhonda continued to apply what she had learned in UPP & 1:1 Consulting to also start a coaching business that she was super passionate about.
She came with big intentions and a massive work ethic, just as nearly all Passion Profit CEOs do, and she gave it her all while working with me & took advantage of that 1:1 Consulting she had using it every chance something came up.
Now she, too, has the results to show for it.
This woman proved that even if you are multipassionate & very skilled (Jill of all trades) there is a way to make it work creating multiple successful income streams if you just do the work to plan it all out & make it manageable for yourself to handle the workload.
