I primarily work with service-based solopreneurs (coaches, digital marketers, contractors, hair stylists, consultants, tutors, fitness instructors & b2b service providers--- bookkeepers, social media managers, copywriters, web designers, etc.) who want to scale but also want to remove themselves from the business tasks they do not enjoy that take up a lot of their time.

I'm not just an advisor--- I work hands on with you to implement systems, structure/oversee your team management, and optimize workflows. On your application call, we will discuss how involved you want me to be (it is your business & you are calling the shots).  I can be as actively involved as you like & we make a custom plan to ensure your business has all the support you want it to have. 

Results vary from client to client as no 2 businesses are the same nor are the personal goals.

Typically, services like these are retained in 3-month, 6-month, or year-long retainers. 

For this partnership you will pay monthly as you go & can stay as long as you like. I personally only offer 3 or 6-month containers if you want to reserve months in advance for the clients who I know we work well together. 

Once we have done a thorough audit on your business, we can then better assess the estimate of time that it will take setting realistic milestones for achieving your desired goals. Then after we have worked together for one month, it's easier to gauge our flow & how much we can achieve + how fast.  

Pricing is developed based on monthly time involvement depending on the unique scope of work needed.

There will not be hidden fees, I custom create your package & cater to your specific business needs but there will not be any added expense unless we need to alter the scope of work that I will be doing needing me to have more involvement in your business. In that case, a new package will be discussed & will go into effect the following month.  

The only way there could be a payment plan is if you only wanted to purchase 1 month of my services & needed to pay for that in monthly payments.
