FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my website?
It depends on the complexity of the project. If you need a 20-page website or membership built, then it will take around 6 weeks. If you only need a general 4-page website, you are looking at a couple weeks though we often finish sooner. Mind you, the more business clarity & content you have to go on your website, the faster we can design.
How does the money back guarantee work?
When we do a web design project your invoice will be paid in 2 payments.
The first 1/2 of your payment will be due up front to cover the development & our time for developing your website.
The second & final payment for design will be due upon completion of your site during the reveal call.
At this time your 14-day guarantee begins.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your website after your optional revisions are made during the 14-days, simply contact Danielle & she will issue your 50% refund.
FYI: To current date, we take pride in the fact that we have never had to issue a refund.
Will you manage website edits once it's done?
I can manage your website edits if you have no desire to learn how to use the editor. However, your website does come with an extensive video university of how to make edits.
If you prefer me to do it, we can either create a custom-tailored package that meets your exact ongoing needs or you may want to upgrade to Fractional COO Services if you have ambitious goals to scale & will be adding multiple blogs, offers, & funnel pipelines on the regular.
