Create More Confidence

Confidence is defined by a google search as, "the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust, the state of feeling certain about the truth of something, or a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities."

Therefore, confidence is nothing more than a mindset.

In this week's training, let's do the work to understand the actions that have to be done to create more confidence right now within you. 

In order to become more confident right now, we have to ask ourselves three key questions.

And that is where the work begins...  

The key question in unlocking your confidence is, "why don't I trust myself"?

I find it interesting that the answer for why you are not confident in your business actually lies within the definition if you rearrange some of the words. 

If you lack confidence what you are really saying is, "I don't have a firm assuring belief of certainty that I can simply trust relying on my own abilities & qualities to be the truth (the answer) to what I am trying to achieve."

WOAH!!! Powerful right? 

How does that make you feel knowing that it boils down to you can't rely on yourself to WIN at what you want in life? 

Now, what are you going to do about it? 

If you have followed me for any time, you know I am all gung-ho about self-mastery & the process to consciously transform ourselves through reverse engineering the results we desire by upleveling our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, & actions. 

This same process is exactly what has to happen within you to create the strategy you are confident in to achieve the results & circumstances you desire. 

If you want a $100K business in part-time hours you first have to believe it's possible. 

But it goes so much deeper than that because it goes back to trusting & believing that you are capable of creating your $100K business.  

Do you BELIEVE you can create your $100K business? 

If not, this is where your work begins.  

What needs to change for you to believe it?  

What actions do you need to take? 

From there, you then have to figure out what ACTIONS you need to take to get you to your$100K goal.

Break the main goal down into achievable milestones finding the small spots where you can fill in the gap of being confident to get closer to your goal. 

Then, you have to insert the right AFFIRMATIVE THOUGHTS to produce the right FEELINGS (trust, confidence, & excitement) so that you can take the actions you need in order to begin creating that BELIEF & integrity within yourself that it's actually possible for you.

Lastly, you have to ask yourself if you don't know what actions to take to achieve the main goal (in our example, $100K), then, "WHO are you willing to trust to guide you & help you come up with that actionable milestone list?" or "HOW are you going to create that list for yourself so that you can do the work required?"  or "WHO are you going to trust to create the plan & do the work for you?"

If you are not feeling confident, then the work is the work & it's past time to do the inner self-mastery work & to make some hard decisions of who you will trust if you don't trust yourself so that you can grow in integrity with yourself thus creating more trust & confidence.
